With its reputation of Sedona’s oldest and most-revered eateries, The Heartline Café creates a relaxed atmosphere, much like you’re walking into an old friend’s kitchen before a holiday meal. The blend of American, Southwestern, Asian and Mediterranean influences show in such creative dishes as the Sedona salad with sliced grilled chicken breast, cheeses, fresh berries and red cabbage coleslaw; pecan-crusted local trout with Dijon cream sauce; and a spiced pork tenderloin with potato cake and roasted apples.
